Carmel Urban Design / Streetscape Analysis

The small California beach community of Carmel-by-the-Sea has grown slowly and organically over the past one hundred years. MacLeod Reckord recently completed a simple review/survey of the downtown core and has suggested improvements aimed at building upon the unique character and strengths of downtown spaces by making them safer, more cohesive, inclusive, and more convenient for residents and visitors alike.
