Ashwood Park Master Plan Update

MacLeod Reckord is leading a team of planners, architects, and engineers in the master plan update of one of the few remaining open green spaces in downtown Bellevue. Differences of opinion on its program is expected to be the first and highest hurdle in this process – building or no building? As the City wrestles with the impacts of population growth in its downtown core we will explore a full range of options including unscheduled park space, community center facilities, and affordable housing to help guide this park’s future.
